This new home had a beautiful view from the dining room. In order to save the view and dress the window the owner and I came up with this idea. It is a beautiful silk fabric from which I made a full length panel and bustle swag. The swag is attached at the sides of the decorated rod that we shortened. The tassel fringe completes the look while defining the swag. It allows the view to stay but warms up the room. Fabric has an insulating property that also helps absorb sound and quiets the room.
