Take a dining room with a tray ceiling and large chandelier and make it look bigger, dramatic and dressed to entertain. Try this. A beautiful swag valance with bell jabots and opaque sheers with a large stripe pattern. Lower the lights, light the candles and serve a wonderful meal under this soft shimmering setting. The swags, bells and side jabots are trimmed in a co-ordinating small tassel fringe. They are mounted on a 1 x 4″ mounting board which allows you to place a 2 1/2″ deep curtain rod underneath that holds the sheers.
