Well, here I am. Writing to myself because I do not know if anyone will ever read this. I am working on my latest job. I am very happy with the quality of the fabric and the colors and of course this means I am obsessing over it.
The room is a master bedroom. It has soft blue walls and beautiful white crown molding. There is a fireplace at one end of the room and a tray ceiling. The owners put a wrought iron chandler in the middle of the ceiling giving the room an elegant and sophisticated feel.
I will be making panels and valances for the windows, a roman shade for the door to the patio and bed coverings. The bed coverings will include a coverlet, flanged pillow shams and throw pillows.
I finished the coverlet today. It is wonderful. Two coordinating blue and gold fabrics with a nice cording.
I am very happy when things are going well and today things went very well. I will be posting pictures of this room when I do the install.
